Agree the work
We aim to quote from photos where possible. If a visit is needed, we explain the arrangements and any charge before booking.
Complete and check
Access and timing agreed, work completed, and the finished job checked and photographed.
Small jobs: £60 standard call-out, credited towards the first hour of work.
The £60 is not an additional charge on top of the first hour. Any further time, materials or other applicable charges are explained and agreed before proceeding.
Larger jobs are individually quoted against an agreed scope.
